La Roca village is modern and cultural tourist attraction project is planned to be built on 54,000 square meters in the Sulaymaniyah city in Kurdistan region of Iraq. This touristic village is consists of several small cultural restaurants including Asian, Turkish, Arabic, and Western cuisine, Cultural shops, motels, events hall, children playgrounds, indoor swimming pools and many more leisure activities and family gatherings area. More than 70% of the village is green area, and this village will be best and unique all over the country giving an outstanding mixed cultural and social experience for all ages.

At La Roca Company, we are a team of seasoned professionals with extensive experience across various industries. Collaborating with four other companies, we specialize in general trading, importing and exporting home electronics, solar energy products, cosmetics, car imports, construction, investment, and event and fireworks planning. Our mission is to create a brighter future and unlock new opportunities for our customers and communities. We had participated in arrangements of several events namely celebrating Newroz of previous years with local authority in the city of Sulaymaniyah The concept of La Roca Company emerged from years of growth and success across different sectors. Today, La Roca is focused on an exciting new venture: the development of a unique touristic village in Sulaymaniyah city, located in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This project aims to provide an immersive cultural experience, blending local and global traditions, and will be the first of its kind in Iraq.
